How to register your return

Registering your return is quick and easy via our returns portal. Once you register your return there, you will receive your personal return label via email. Please note that it may take approximately 1 to 3 business days for the return label to be sent.

Please also note: A processing fee of €5.00 will be charged for each return, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
