Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Black Friday / Cyber Monday Promotion Conditions
As part of our Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotion, customers will receive:
- a free scarf ring for orders over €80
- a free scarf ring and a Twilly for orders over €110
These additions are voluntary services and are only available while supplies last. There is no entitlement to replacement or availability.
Returns during the promotion
A return will only be accepted if all free gifts are returned completely and undamaged.
If gifts are withheld, we reserve the right to:
- refuse the return or
- deduct the corresponding value from the refund amount
The refund will only be processed after a full inspection of the return.
