Right of Withdrawal (Kinuaya)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
– on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods,
– or in the case of partial delivery: on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can use our returns portal or the sample withdrawal form provided below, which is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, minus a processing fee of €5.00 per return, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal reached us.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

We charge a flat fee of €5.00 for processing the return, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
