Returns are subject to a fee of EUR 5.00, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping Conditions
If your order does not fit or you do not like it, you can return it to us within 14 days. Simply pack the items together with the return slip in the shipping box, seal it securely, and stick the return label on it. You can then drop off the package at any DHL acceptance point.
You will receive your refund via the same payment method as soon as your return has been processed in our warehouse.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you wish to revoke your declaration of contract, there are two options:

WITHDRAWAL BY RETURN
Your declaration of withdrawal is made simply by returning the goods directly within 14 days of delivery. -
WRITTEN OR TELEPHONIC WITHDRAWAL
Your declaration of withdrawal is made within 14 days of delivery in writing, e.g. by e-mail, fax, post, or by telephone to us. We recommend that you use our sample form for this purpose. Afterwards, please return the goods to us within 14 days.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The right of return applies only to unworn, unwashed and perfect items from which the labels have not been removed.
The return is made in one shipment. So if you want to return several items, they must be sent back in a single shipment to Kinuaya.
The return is made with the shipping service provider through which the package was delivered (DHL)
We can only accept returns from the respective country of delivery. For example, if the delivery was sent to Germany, the return can only be initiated from Germany. Unfortunately, returns are not free of charge; import and delivery fees are at your expense.
Personalized items are excluded from exchange.
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE
After we have received your return, we will inform you by e-mail about the credit to be made. The refund will be made immediately. Please note:
- The refund will be made using the same payment method as the purchase
- The refund will be made in the same currency as the purchase
- The debited amount will always be refunded to the buyer and card/account holder
- If the return was purchased with a voucher, a new voucher will be issued
- The time of refund depends on the respective payment method or credit card
- If you made your purchase with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund for the amount actually paid, which was charged to you after applying the voucher. The promotional voucher then loses its validity.
- If you made your purchase with a promotional voucher and return part of your order, you will receive a pro-rata refund proportional to the voucher value.
